When you send the list if you don't put what sa on the wepons or what TYPE OF armor it is then YOU WILL NOT get them replaced...We're not mind readers and we will NOT talk to you again about it. We're not wasting our time on this to deal with it a 2nd time. If you put only "Majestic Set" how the heck are we suppose to know if its heavy/light/robe? oh thats right it won't matter we will disregard your email and you won't get your stuff. Please try and and help us so can help you.
I am taking 4-5 people at a time on live help. So if it says offline, just come back in a bit and maybe you can get in. Once a few other peopel who are helping can get around to getting on live help with me more will get done.
We have started the replacement process as of late last night. Everyone needs to be patient in dealing with stuff to be replaced. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REPLACE EVERYONE'S STUFF IN 1 DAY OR EVEN 1 WEEK. Vixin will be taking care of the $35 transactions and any NEW donations since the wipe and NEW donations going forward. ArchAngel, Dubie, Harvest and some other will be working on a team to help support all other people, this will take time and is alot of work. Do not PM us on our MSN, ICQ, AIM or other chat programs beside live help about replacing stuff or will get you put on ignore. Some people will wait longer than others, this has nothing to do with amounts donated or when, it has to do with work load and we have tons of lists as it is now.
Information we will be looking for is below. If you have already made lists and talked to resellers and are dealing with them, please keep dealing with them on it. Remember, you must know where these items are also on the old DB's, we have access to the records to verify you have these items. Only people from Server # 3 may choose where they would like their items moved to at no cost. This will ensure certain servers are not over packed.

Please report issues on the forum. Sorry we are late on this guys, but what we are doing takes alot of time and testing before releasing anything. We will be testing tracking system over the weekend before we start with replacing things for people.
*Update* Both patch servers have been updated with the newest client patch. Make sure to update your client a few times over the next few days as we are adding some misc. stuff this weekend to the servers and some client textures.
